Frames

With the slab only being poured on the Tuesday, I wasn't expecting any other action onsite until the following week. Well, on Thursday the frames were delivered and the majority of them were put up on the friday! What a surprise!

We have a Slab!!!

Last Thursday the formwork was started. The guys were still working at 5pm! I think they were keen to get as much done as possible while there was no rain.

It was finished off on Monday and then on Tuesday the slab was poured.

I was a little annoyed that no one had rung us to notify us of the amount of piering that was done or if it went over the allocated amount in our contact. After chasing up our CLO, I received a voice mail the next day saying they went 4 lineal metres over,  which isn't too bad.  I was expecting much worse! !
